1. Service Description

Truemark Health acts as a facilitator connecting patients with certified phlebotomists and NABL-accredited laboratories. We provide a platform to book diagnostic tests and arrange for home sample collection. The actual testing and report generation are conducted by our partner laboratories.

2. Booking and Cancellations

Users must provide accurate information when booking a test. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment prior to the phlebotomist's dispatch. Truemark Health reserves the right to cancel bookings in cases of unforeseen circumstances or unavailability of service in specific areas.

3. Refund Policy

  • Cancellation Before Dispatch: If you cancel your booking before the phlebotomist is dispatched to your location, you are eligible for a 100% full refund.
  • Cancellation After Dispatch: If a cancellation is made after the phlebotomist has reached your location, a nominal visiting charge may be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • Service Failure: If Truemark Health or our partner labs are unable to process your sample due to technical issues or sample rejection, a full refund will be initiated automatically.
  • Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Netbanking) within 5 to 7 business days.

The content provided on our platform is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. The test reports provided should be interpreted by a qualified medical practitioner. Truemark Health is not liable for any medical decisions made based on these reports.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we ensure our partners maintain the highest quality standards, Truemark Health shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from errors in lab reports, delays in sample collection, or any service interruptions beyond our direct control.
